The extra-property charge only exists on the paid tiers. On Core you can keep as many properties as you own, free, permanently — that is a standing decision, not an introductory offer, and it is the reason the record is worth starting.

Service providers pay a flat fee to advertise to an audience. Never a commission, never per lead, never per policy sold.
Rosie never ranks, recommends or pre-selects a paid provider. She describes your property and nothing more.
No advertiser ever receives data about you or your property. They buy an audience description; reporting is aggregate only.
Offers appear on your maintenance timeline — never inside a report, and never at or around a closing.
Any category with paid slots carries at least three providers, rotated, with no ranking and no exclusivity.
