Rosie
$49 / inspector
Adds photo → defect → narrative and voice → structured note. Rosie drafts; you approve every word before it reaches a report.
Rosie Pro
$89 / inspector
Rosie acts under the permissions you set her — working through the routine inside your approval rules, never outside them.
Every inspector costs the same as the first. There is no per-added-inspector premium, no inspection cap on any tier, and your client's Maintana Owner record is free to them whichever tier you are on.

- The same three tiers on every line. Core, Rosie, Rosie Pro — a firm on two Maintana products never learns two vocabularies.
- Rosie is a tier, not a meter. One flat price — never charged per inspection, per job, per document or per question.
- Marginal bands, never cliffs. Where volume is metered, growing never reprices the units you already had.
- Your rate is held for 12 months. Moving down to a cheaper band applies immediately; moving up waits for renewal — never mid-term.
- External participants are free, forever, in every product — trade partners, tenants, owners, clients, referring agents, homeowners.
- No implementation, setup, migration or onboarding fee. Anywhere. Every major competitor charges at least one.
- Annual prepay is two months free. No rotating 40%-off sales that teach you to wait.
- On two lines? Pay the higher one in full and half the lower. One property record makes that possible; a competitor would need an acquisition.
