Volume bands apply on every tier — the per-door rate steps down at 51, 251 and 1,001 doors, and crossing a threshold never reprices the doors you already had. Nothing in the feature list above is an add-on, there is no setup fee, and Maintana takes no cut of rent — no per-EFT fee and no card percentage.
